A Made-in-Canada Vision

Canada OS

The Operating System for Canadian Life

A made-in-Canada digital ecosystem built for Canadians, by Canadians. From social media to search, from browsers to schools, Canada OS is the long-term vision for Canadian digital sovereignty.

The Plan

The Roadmap

Five phases. One coherent system. Each layer makes the next one possible.

01In Progress

Canada Social

The social layer. Building Canadian communities, integrating Canadian transit, mapping Indigenous nations, and creating the geographic infrastructure that everything else depends on.

02Up Next

Search Improvements

Enhancing Canada Social’s existing search engine to surface Canadian people, places, and content better than any platform that wasn’t built specifically for Canada.

03Planned

Canada Browser

A sovereign Canadian browser that blocks American tracking by default, keeps Canadian data in Canada, and makes Canada Social and Canada Search the default Canadian digital experience.

04Planned

Schools

Canada Browser in school mode adopted by Canadian schools. Teaching Canadian geography, Indigenous communities, and Canadian history through the Canada OS infrastructure. Building the next generation of Canadian digital citizens.

Manifesto

Why Canada Needs This

American platforms were not built for Canada. They do not know our geography, our languages, our Indigenous nations, our transit systems, or our communities. They never will.

Canada OS is being built specifically for Canadian life, from the ground up, by a Canadian founder. Canadian data stays in Canada. Canadian communities are mapped and respected. Canadian infrastructure is integrated.

This is not a social media app. This is the foundation of Canadian digital sovereignty.
